The Services Division of Arco Vara group comprises the service units of all our countries of operation. The services offered include the brokerage of real estate, appraisal services, property management and comprehensive real estate consultation services. In addition, the services division of Arco Vara deals with the management of two real estate portfolios.

The offices of Arco Vara group  are located in six countries and 30 locations. In chronological order and moving geographically southwards, our clients can find us in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, the Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Romania. Our top-level consultants help with all kinds of real estate problems. Our analysts compile market analyses ranging from studies about the whole sector to in-depth object-centred analyses.

The Services Division of Arco Vara employs about 70% of all employees of the group, who are ready to offer consultation services on real estate issues in all our branches: we have 11 offices in Estonia, 9 in Latvia, 3 in Lithuania, 2 Bulgaria, 4 in Romania and 1 in Ukraine.
