The Development Division of Arco Vara group dates back to 1995, when the development company Arco Investeeringute AS (Arco Invest) was established. By now, the company has become a leading investment and development company of the Baltic States, whose aim is to create value in the method of project management through professional and innovative real estate development activity. The Development Division of Arco Vara launched its first large-scale project in 1995, when the Veskimöldre residential area in Tallinn was created, now located on 72 hectares. The Development Division is Estonia’s leading developer of living and business environments, also extending actively its activities in the other Baltic States as well as in the Ukraine, Bulgaria, and Romania.
The strategy of the Development Division of Arco Vara is to become the leading development company of the Baltic States and Eastern Europe, employing for that purpose the best local and international expertise.
