Mr. Lembit Tampere, born in 1975, was elected as a Member of the Management Board of the Group on 26. August 2008. Mr. Tampere has been the Member of the Board of ECE Capital OÜ and a Director of Corporate FInance of SBM Pank AS and a project manager in Corporate Finance division of Eesti Ühispank AS. He has graduated Concordia International University in Estonia and Lakeland College, Wisconsin, United States.
