Ragnar Meitern

Mr. Ragnar Meitern, born in 1973, was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Council since 2008. Since 1996 Mr. Meitern has served as the director of Citigroup'i Investment Banking. From 1998- 2000 he served as the investment manager in the investment fund Stanton Capital Corporation based in New York. Since 2006 Hr. Meitern removed to Dubai to start investment management in Middle East`s Citigroup Investment Banking.

He was the President of the Estonian Bar Association in 1994, 1995 and from 1998 to 2001. Since 2003 he has been the Member of the Legal Ethics and Practice Committe of the Estonian Bar Association.

Kalev Tanner

Mr. Kalev Tanner, born in 1965, was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Council since 2007. Mr. Tanner is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of incurance company IIZI Kindlustusmaakler AS. Since 2003, he has served as a Senior Adviser of the private equity company BaltCap. Mr. Tanner is the founder and CEO of OÜ Sparkling Group, company operating in luxury hotels and restaurants and OÜ IG Partners, an Estonian based venture capital and advisory services company. From 1998 to 2001 he was the manager of AS Cresco and also served as the member of the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Börs (Tallinn Stock Exchange). From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Tanner worked as a Corporate Finance specialist in Goldman Sachs in New York and London.

Aare Tammemäe

Mr. Aare Tammemäe, born in 1971, was elected as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of the Group on 10 May 2007 with his appointment taking effect as of 1 July 2007. Mr. Tammemäe has been the Head of Corporate Banking and Member of the Management Board of Nordea Bank Finland, Estonian branch since 2005. From 2001-2005, he served as the CFO of AS Tallinna Sadam (the Port of Tallinn). Before he served on different managerial positions in investment management services field. As part of his MBA program, Mr.Tammemäe worked in specialist position in State Street Bank in United States of America.

Veiko Taevere

Mr. Veiko Taevere, born in 1972, was appointed the Member of the Management Board of Arco Vara and Head of group’s Development Division in the beginning of 2008. Since 2006 he served as Member of the Management Board of group´s development division. Before joining Arco Vara (from 1999 to 2006) he was the CFO of Estonian leading logistics company Arco Transport Group. From 1994 to 1999 he held different managerial positions in financial institutions like Tallinn Bank Leasing and Ühisliising being one of the members in the group developing crediting policies for the company. Mr.Taevere has attended a large variety of different local and international taxation and financial courses.

Avo Rõõmussaar

Mr. Avo Rõõmussaar, born in 1975, was elected as a Member of the Management Board and Head of group´s Services Division from October 2007. Avo Rõõmussaar joined Arco Vara in April 2006 as the development manager for Services Division, following his appointment to the Board and Head of Services Division since October 2007. Prior to joining Arco Vara, Avo Rõõmussaar was the deputy manager of Estonian Tax and Customs Board from 2004 – 2006 and prior on different positions in the organization for almost 10 years.

Ahto Altjõe

Mr. Ahto Altjõe, born in 1961, has been a Member of the Management Board since 2007. He is the Head of group´s Construction Division since 2006. From 2001-2006, he served as the Chairman of the Management Board of Arco Vara group´s subsidiary AS Tallinna Olümpiapurjespordikeskus. From 2000-2001, he worked for AS Eesti Raudtee (Estonian Railway) where he held the position of a Manager of Rolling Stock Services. From 1996-2000, he served as Chairman of the Management Board and a Managing Director of AS Reval Auto.
