Ragnar Meitern

Mr. Ragnar Meitern, born in 1973, was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Council since 2008. Mr. Meitern is currently a Managing Director, Head of TMT Banking for Middle East, North Africa and Europe of Standard Chartered Bank, based in Dubai. Mr. Meitern joined Citigroup in 1996 as part of its mergers & acquisitions group in New York and from 2000 to 2010 worked within Citigroup London and Dubai offices. From 1998 to 2000 Mr. Meitern served as an investment manager at Stanton Capital Corporation, New York, focusing on private equity investments in the emerging markets.

Aare Tark

He was the President of the Estonian Bar Association in 1994, 1995 and from 1998 to 2001. Since 2003 he has been the Member of the Legal Ethics and Practice Committe of the Estonian Bar Association.

Kalev Tanner

Mr. Kalev Tanner, born in 1965, was appointed a Member of the Supervisory Council since 2007. Mr. Tanner is also the Chairman of the Supervisory Council of incurance company IIZI Kindlustusmaakler AS. Since 2003, he has served as a Senior Adviser of the private equity company BaltCap. Mr. Tanner is the founder and CEO of OÜ Sparkling Group, company operating in luxury hotels and restaurants and OÜ IG Partners, an Estonian based venture capital and advisory services company. From 1998 to 2001 he was the manager of AS Cresco and also served as the member of the Supervisory Council of AS Tallinna Börs (Tallinn Stock Exchange). From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Tanner worked as a Corporate Finance specialist in Goldman Sachs in New York and London.
