Arco Vara group is a property developer and agent in the Baltic countries, undergoing a CEE expansion with presence established in Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine. The operations include real estate development, agency, advisory, investment management, civil- and environmental construction.
 
The company was established in 1992 as real estate agency. In 1996 was launched first development project in Tallinn, the next year took place expansion to Latvia. By now Arco Vara group covers six countries with 30 offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania and Ukraine. The group employs over 500 people.
 
Successful track record has enabled us to build a significant land bank in addition to our existing portfolio of developments. This gives us the flexibility to develop the sites on our own. With our own construction and brokerage divisions, the company is able to monitor and supply the market in an efficient and relatively low risk way.

The activities of Arco Vara group can broadly be divided into three business areas:

• Development Division
• Construction Division

The Services Division of Arco Vara group comprises the service units of all our countries of operation. The services offered include the brokerage of real estate, appraisal services, property advisory services, property management and comprehensive real estate consultation services. In addition, the services division of Arco Vara deals with the management of two real estate portfolios.

The Development Division of Arco Vara group is highly experiences in the development of residential and commercial areas. Projects include apartment houses, semi-detached houses, private houses, land property and multifunctional commercial premises. The development process includes a broad range of activities and the core competence lies in the abilities to manage the entire property development process from start to finish.

The Construction Division of Arco Vara group deals with general contracting, environmental construction, and construction supervision. With over 40 years of experience in the field, the main aim of the division is to acquire on domestic markets the status of the highest-quality and most environmentally-friendly company, offering complex solutions with consultation and projection for both commercial and private clients.

The consolidated turnover of Arco Vara AS in 9 months of 2007 was 43,9mln EUR and net profit 16,9mln EUR.
