The Services Division of the group comprises the real estate brokerage, consultancy and valuation and property advisory units of all our countries of operation: Estonia, Latvia, Ukraine and Bulgaria and provides services in 17 branches, in 17 real estate offices. In Estonia and Bulgaria we provide full property management service too.

The Development Division of the group concentrates on development of integral living and commercial environments. The activities of the division started in 1995 with the launch of one of the first largest residential environment in the Baltics´ - Veskimöldre (80ha). The Division is operating mostly in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Bulgaria. The biggest development project of Arco Vara history is located in capital of Bulgaria, in Sofia and named "Boulevard Residence Madrid".

The Construction Division of the group deals with general constracting and environmental construction. The Division strives to become the highest-quality and the most environmentally-friendly company in the construction field. The Division is operating in Estonian. Estonian Construction company, called Arco Ehitus OÜ, is certified with ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007.
