The Services Division of the group comprises the brokering, consultancy and valuation units of all our countries of operation: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania. The division employs about 70% of the group´s personnel.

The Development Division of the group concentrates on development of integral living and commercial environments. The activities of the division started in 1995 with the launch of one of the first largest residential environment in the Baltics´ - Veskimöldre (72ha)

The Construction Division of the group deals with general contracting, environmental construction, and construction supervision. The division strives to become the highest-quality and the most environmentally-friendly company in the field.
